The hotel could improve in some areas for people with disabilities of movement. Otherwise it was a great holiday. You couldn’t fault the staff at the hotel in anyway.

Information on arrival was poor. We were given a welcome pack and directed without a map to our room, down a fairly steep gritty road to the Courtyards, where we had great difficulty in finding our number, thus being in our mid eighties and after a long trip we were quite stressed . Also we were not shown the short route back to the main facilities through the main building until asking for this information from an extremely apologetic and helpful receptionist. However the room was good, the food and entertainment excellent, beautiful surroundings and trips interesting and enjoyable. The staff there were very helpful and pleasant. After the poor start a most enjoyable holiday
