Wow - seeing so many places in such a short time. Not a lot of time spent in the cities due to the amount of time travelling to them - but so much information gained from the tour guides - so using this as a taster for wanting to visit the places again & stay longer. Husband & wife drive team we’re brilliant & made the holiday memorable also made lots of new friends. Note - lots of time spent on the coach travelling so be prepared. Hotels were good for 3* - but disappointed that no tea/coffee making facilities in the majority of them so had to buy at the hotel - the hotel in Prague was in a good location near bars & restaurants & within walking distance of the river. The other hotels were very remote. When booking again I Wouldn’t do this sort of trip again with so many stops but glad we did this .

Everything about this holiday was just what we needed and more for 3 great cities that we had never visited before and gave us a great taster for going back for longer visits. The hotels, food and travel were spot on - especially the friendly family run Hotel Wienerwaldhof in Vienna Woods. Our coach crew (Sarah & Nigel) were professional, friendly, hard working and went out of their way to provide a memorable holiday for all.

My only real criticism is that too much was was packed into too little time .This resulted in huge distances between destinations. Probably my favourite location ,Budapest was a very brief visit and considerable time on the coach to and from the Vienna. Unavoidable delays due to traffic problems often led to late arrivals at hotels followed by very early starts as over such long distances there was very little time to make up any delays. On the plus side Nigel and Sarah our drivers and guides were superb with a combination of great driving skills, local knowledge and great humour went a long way to make those long hours on the road bearable. The hotel accommodation was pretty standard in Brussels,Prague ,Frankfurt and Liege and all offered similar standards of accommodation which was okay for overnight stays all offering good selections for breakfast and fairly simple straightforward evening meals. The hotel in Vienna woods was lovely and service was good although when another coach party arrived the staff were pushed to cope with double the numbers which meant meals taking longer than when we initially arrived. But always polite and efficient with a real.As l said l cannot praise too highly our drivers/tour leaders who made those long motorway journeys much more acceptable than they would be otherwise. It is just the logistics of the itinerary to travel such long distances and long hours only to have, four hours in Budapest, for example should be looked at as it was a great disappointment to my wife and l .We were really impressed with Prague and Budapest and would really like to spend more time there.lf we did however we would probably opt for flights there and 4or 5 days stay to more fully explore these fascinating cities. The coaches were very comfortable and the drivers superb but logistically too much travel too little time at the destinations.

The places chosen are all of great interest however, the travel time was too long making the trip very tiring.
