Holiday was fine but the accommodation was very disappointing. I have stayed at the Sands Hotel Bournemouth before. At that time the food was great and the room a little tired looking. Now the food is mediocre and the room was miserable. I would certainly travel with Shearings again, but never again at the Sands Hotel.

Travel, drivers and excursions were excellent. Hotel entertainment and staff were good. Bit hotel was shabby, no safety bars in shower, loose towel bar in bathroom and socket in bedroom. Food was dreadful, no tiered servings. Everyone crammed in at the same time. We went out to dinner after the first night.
